Welcome from Reeve Roland Rasmussen
Our communities in Rural Municipality of Cartier have built treasures of memories, experiences and agricultural resources for more than a hundred years. We believe this website is a wonderful gateway to share them. We encourage and welcome anyone who would like to share stories of interest, heritage or current pictures regarding our Municipality, to forward them to the Municipal Office at 28 PR 248S, Elie, Manitoba or if possible, forward them electronically.
Thank You,
Roland Rasmussen, Reeve
