TAX INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PROGRAM (TIPP PROGRAM)
The Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP) is a monthly tax payment plan that allows rate payers to make consecutive monthly payments that are deducted automatically from their bank account.
The TIPP Program starts on January 1st of each year and payments are made on the fifteenth banking day of each month through automatic withdrawl from an account with chequing privileges at a financial institution.
The TIPP program collects taxes for the calendar year January 1st to December 31st and ensures that all taxes are paid without penalty.

The Rural Municipality of Cartier
The Rural Municipality of Cartier (RM of Cartier) is situated on the rich prairie fields approximately 20 kilometers west of Winnipeg, Manitoba's capital city. It is situated along either side of the Trans Canada Highway. The scenic and rolling Assiniboine River forms the Northern boundary of the Municipality.
Elie is conveniently found along the Trans Canada Highway. It has the largest community in the RM of Cartier with a population of approximately 650 people. Other significant communities include St. Eustache, Springstein, Lido Plage and Dacotah.
